パン・オ・フリュイ、ドライフルーツカンパーニュ焼き上がっています。
パン・オ・フリュイは、フルーツ対生地50%とふんだんに使った贅沢なパンで、食べるたびに異なる味わいが楽しめます。
生地にはペイザンを使用しており、この生地の素朴で香ばしい風味が、フルーツの甘さを引き立てます。ペイザンの生地は、噛むたびに小麦の豊かな味わいが口の中に広がり、そこに練り込まれたサルタナレーズン、くるみ、オレンジピールが絶妙に絡み合います。
パンの中に練り込まれたサルタナレーズンは、程よい甘さと柔らかい食感が特徴です。
焼き上がる過程でレーズンの自然な甘みが生地に溶け込み、一口食べるごとにジューシーな果実感を楽しめます。また、くるみのほのかな苦みとカリッとした食感が、レーズンの甘さに絶妙なアクセントを加えます。くるみの豊かな風味が口の中で広がり、生地とレーズンとの相性は抜群です。
さらに、オレンジピールが爽やかな香りとほのかなビター感を添えてくれます。焼き上がったパンからただようオレンジの香りは、食欲をそそり、一度味わうとその虜になってしまいます。オレンジピールのほろ苦さは、全体の味わいに深みを与えるとともに、甘さとのバランスを絶妙に保っています。

Pain au Fruie and Dried Fruit Campagne are now baked.
As the name suggests, pain au fruie is a luxurious bread with a generous amount of fruit (50% of the dough), so you can enjoy a different flavor each time you eat it.
The dough is made of paisin, which has a rustic, savory flavor that enhances the sweetness of the fruit. The rich taste of wheat spreads in the mouth with each bite of the Peizan dough, and the sultana raisins, walnuts, and orange peel kneaded into the dough intertwine perfectly with it.
The sultana raisins kneaded into the bread are characterized by their moderate sweetness and soft texture.
The natural sweetness of the raisins melts into the dough during the baking process, and the juicy fruitiness can be enjoyed with each bite. In addition, the slight bitterness and crispy texture of the walnuts add a subtle accent to the sweetness of the raisins. The rich flavor of walnuts spreads in the mouth and is a perfect match for the dough and raisins.
The orange peel adds a fresh aroma and a hint of bitterness. The orange aroma from the baked bread is so appetizing that once you taste it, you will be hooked. The bitterness of the orange peel adds depth to the overall flavor, while maintaining a perfect balance with the sweetness.
