ノア・カレンズ、パンオフリュイ焼き上がっています。
ノア・カレンズは、小麦全粒粉で仕込んだ生地にカレンズ(山ぶどう)とローストしたくるみをたっぷりと練り込み焼きあがています。
パンオフリュイは、ペイザンの生地にサルタナレーズン、くるみ、オレンジピールを練り込み焼き上げています。
どちらもドライフルーツ、くるみを対生地60％とたくさん練り込んでいるので満足度がとても高いかと思います。

Noah Currants and Pain au Fruie are now baked.
Noah Currants are made with whole wheat flour and filled with currants (wild grapes) and roasted walnuts.
The Pain au Fruie is made with a pastry dough, kneaded with sultana raisins, walnuts, and orange peel, and baked.
Both breads are filled with dried fruits and walnuts (60% of the raw ingredients), so you will be very satisfied with the bread.
