Noah Currants features a dough made with nutritious whole wheat flour, generously kneaded with currants made from mountain grapes and aromatic roasted walnuts. The natural sweetness that unfolds with each bite and the nutty aroma of the walnuts create a perfect balance.

Pain aux Fruits is based on a traditional peasant dough, generously blended with juicy sultana raisins, rich walnuts, and refreshing orange peel. It’s an elegant bread, perfect for breakfast or tea time.
