本日も、ブラウベルグ特製食パンを使用した、大人気のクロックムッシュ焼き上がっています。
香ばしく焼き上げたロースハムと、コク深いベジャメルソースを贅沢にサンドしました。
3種のチーズ、濃厚なグリエルチーズ、とろけるモッツァレラチーズ、まろやかなゴーダチーズを贅沢にトッピング。オーブンで焼き上げることで、チーズがとろ～りと溶け出し、香ばしい食パンとハム、ベジャメルソースと絶妙に絡み合い、一口食べれば、口の中にチーズの香りが広がり、ハムの旨味がじゅわっと染み渡ります。
