ノア・カレンズは、小麦全粒粉で仕込んだ生地にカレンズ(山ぶどう)とローストしたくるみをたっぷりと練り込み焼き上げます。全粒粉で仕込んでいるので栄養価も高く美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。
パンオフリュイは、ペイザンの生地にサルタナレーズン、くるみ、オレンジピールを練り込み焼き上げます。

Noah Currants and Pain au Fruie are now baked.
We are accepting reservations for both of these products.
Noah Currants are made with whole wheat flour and filled with currants (wild grapes) and roasted walnuts. The whole wheat flour is highly nutritious and tasty.
The pain au fruie is made by kneading sultana raisins, walnuts and orange peel into a pastry dough and baking it.
Both are filled with dried fruits and walnuts in a luxurious way, so you can be sure of their deliciousness.
