サクサクのデニッシュ生地のパイに、旬を迎えた洋梨をシロップで丁寧に漬け込み、濃厚なキャラメルカスタードと一緒に焼き上げました。
一口噛むと、バターの風味豊かな生地からデニッシュの心地よい食感が広がり、続いて洋梨の上品な甘みとキャラメルの深い味わいが口いっぱいに広がります。

Our new seasonal pie, “Caramel Poire,” is now available, filled with the fragrant aroma of pears that signals the arrival of autumn.
